The 12 Best Laguna Hills Restaurants:
Baja Fish Taco
Baja Fish Taco serves some of the best coastal Mexican food in Orange County, period and is definitely one of the best restaurants in Laguna Hills.
The fish tacos are legit, the shrimp tacos are legit, the burritos and the quesadillas are legit, everything here is delicious.
My go to order is guacamole and chips and the carne asada plate with pinto beans and rice. I like to take the tortillas that come with the plate and make little tacos.
The rice and beans are really good too. It’s soft, buttery and creamy and it’s not often that I mention the rice and beans from a restaurant, but that’s how good it is over here.
They also have an excellent selection of salsa at the bar to help accentuate the flavors of your meal.
There’s no part of the plate that I don’t clean off and I’m sure the dishwashers in the back appreciate me making their lives a tiny bit easier.

Chaupain is arguably one of the best bakeries in Orange County.
When you go here you will be treated to a treasure trove of the most delicious pastries, croissants, danishes, quiches and bread loaves.
In addition to their extensive selections of pastries, they have a full breakfast menu serving sandwiches, breakfast burritos and other morning favorites.
Our favorite thing behind the case is the chocolate and pistachio croissant. It is buttery, flaky and so damn delightful when it touches your tongue.
You don’t have to travel to Paris to get authentic tasting pastries, Chaupain is just as good, if not better.

There aren’t many places in South Orange County where you are going to find authentic New York style pizza, but Terra Mia is making the pizza makers in Brooklyn proud.
The pizza here is hand tossed to perfection and made with sauce that is made from scratch and topped with only the finest ingredients.
I’m partial to the meat lovers pie, which comes with mouth watering sausage, ham, bacon and pepperoni. Other highlights of the menu include the margarita pie, the meatball sub and the Chicken parmesan
Don’t forget the garlic knots! These things are seriously addictive. I could eat entire order with the quickness of a malnourished college student coming home for winter break.
And if somehow you still have some space left in your stomach, the cannoli is a indulgent way to end your meal.
Anyone who’s ever eaten here can back up the statement that Terra Mia serves up the best pizza in Laguna Hills.
